Hung Viet Company constructs block surface geotechnical retaining wall
Hung Viet Construction Investment Production Joint Stock Company constructs soft dike along rock embankment, builds sand pump to create beach area for the development of sea tourism, with scale up to more than 700m of the sealine of Oceanami tourist area.
Structural solutions Hung Viet Company used:
– Solution of the structure of the dike kind of welding form combined with the pipeline running along the embankment, materials used geotube.
– The width creates a yard about 50m from the embankment
– Placement elevation is based on natural road elevation when eroded
– The height of embankment depends on the depth of natural road using 1-3 layers of geotube pipes.
+ The inner part is parallel to the embankment using GT550MC type
+ The welding torch part uses GT750H type
– The pump is filled with sand to form a block
– The bottom is lined and reinforced with geotextile
